You will enjoy the large (heated) swimming pool that becomes a real inside pool in case the weather is not warm enough (14/04-16/09), the well separated childrens pool with waterslide and the adjacent bar /restaurant with terrace overlooked by mighty redwoods. 2 Tennis courts, minigolf, soccer field, volley ball, 3 table tennis, 3 trampolines, a massive pétanque pitch and even a real sportshall (all free of charge). The site has a pleasant camping area with very large well kept pitches, which are neatly divided by hedges and some are lightly shaded by mature leafy trees. In an attractive rural setting, this site is a quiet and peaceful haven in which to relax, although in high season it becomes livelier with activities organised for the children. Leisure facilities are generous and include a large gymnasium. There is a restaurant (16/06 - 25/08) and a bar / takeaway (02/06 - 02/09). At camping Parc de Montsabert you are superbly placed to explore the Loire Valley with both Saumur and Angers, two of the Loire's oldest and most celebrated towns, within twenty miles of the site, as well as many of the magnificient castels. And you are only at a 1.5 hour drive from the beautifull beaches from Pormain, Pornic and the Vendee.
